The whole workflow runs automatically from steel coil threading, roll forming, punching holes to cutting finished profiles and collecting final workpieces. When switching between different enclosure specifications, there will be a small transitional material waste around 100–150 mm. The waste length depends on the cutting unit and roller station layout. The transitional piece may have unstable punched threading holes; boxes without cable holes can still be reused after separate post-processing.

Our electrical enclosure production line delivers consistent dimensional accuracy for cabinet bodies and mounting plates. It can handle sheet thickness from 1.2mm up to 2.0mm, meeting requirements for normal distribution cabinets and fire-rated cabinets. The finished enclosures have neat forming edges, uniform profiles and good sealing potential, which supports IP66 protection level after proper welding and sealing treatment.
