Core Production Process

A standard automated production line usually includes the following processes, which are fully automated and require minimal manual intervention:

  1. Uncoiling & Leveling: The metal coil is uncoiled and leveled to eliminate internal stress and ensure the flatness of the sheet, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing.

  2. Servo Feeding: High-precision servo motors control the accurate feeding of the sheet, with stable feeding speed and high positioning accuracy, ensuring the consistency of processing dimensions.

  3. Pre-punching & Notching: Automatic punching of mounting holes, heat dissipation holes and corner notches on the sheet according to the design requirements, with neat holes and precise positions.

  4. Roll Forming: The sheet is continuously rolled into the outline of the electrical box through multiple sets of forming rolls, with smooth forming and consistent cross-sectional shape.

  5. Cutting to Length: The formed profile is cut to the set size according to the specifications of the electrical box, with high cutting precision and no burrs.

  6. Bending & Forming: The cut profiles are automatically folded into the electrical box frame, with accurate bending angle and firm structure.

  7. Post-processing: Including welding (to enhance the firmness of the box), surface spraying (anti-corrosion, anti-rust, and improving appearance), electrical component installation and final performance testing, ensuring that each finished product meets the quality standards.

  • Applicable Material: Cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel

  • Material Thickness: 1.0–2.0 mm

  • Forming Speed: 0–13 m/min (adjustable according to production needs)

  • Control System: PLC + Touch Screen HMI (easy to operate, convenient for parameter setting and fault diagnosis)

  • Production Efficiency: About 2–3 boxes per minute (varies slightly according to box specifications)

  • Dimensional Accuracy: ±0.5 mm (ensuring good interchangeability of products)
